Wade Adams is a leading construction and infrastructure company with a strong regional presence. We are currently seeking experienced Camp Bosses to manage and oversee large-scale worker accommodations, ensuring operational efficiency, health and safety compliance, and resident welfare.
Key Responsibilities:
Camp Management & Operations

Oversee daily operations of the labor camp, ensuring compliance with hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

Supervise facility maintenance, security, and cleaning services.

Monitor waste disposal, pest control, and emergency preparedness.
-
Manage kitchen, utility, and maintenance staff to maintain high living standards.
Accommodation & Occupancy Management
-
Allocate rooms as per company policy (e.g., by job category, nationality, or project).

Maintain up-to-date accommodation logs and optimize bed space utilization.
-
Coordinate with HR/Admin for new arrivals, transfers, and offboarding.
Food Services Oversight
-
Monitor food preparation areas for hygiene and safety.
-
Ensure meal quality, quantity, and timeliness.
-
Resolve any complaints related to food services and recommend improvements.
Resident Welfare & Compliance
-
Act as the first point of contact for resident complaints or concerns.

Enforce discipline, cleanliness, and company policy.
-
Address disputes, escalating major incidents to HR/Admin or management.
-
Proactively discourage and report issues related to prohibited substances, violence, or misconduct.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
-
Experience: 3–5 years managing labor camps with 700+ residents, preferably in the construction sector.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.

Languages: Fluency in English; working knowledge of Hindi and/or Arabic is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with administrative and inventory systems.

Personal Attributes: Strong leadership, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently under pressure.
