AMS International UAE is hiring a Call Center Customer Service Representative for an immediate opening in Sharjah. This is a 12-month contract position offering an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be courteous, and deliver efficient customer service through telephonic and in-person interactions.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle telemarketing activities during campaigns to engage potential and existing customers.

Provide efficient and courteous service to customers over the phone, ensuring inquiries, bookings, and requests are handled promptly.

Welcome walk-in customers courteously, ensuring they are seated comfortably until attended by a Service Advisor.

Direct customers to the relevant advisor or department for quick assistance.

Conduct follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and ensure satisfaction after visits.

Assist with managing courtesy vehicles for customers when needed.

Maintain cleanliness and professional standards in the reception and call center area to uphold company image.

Ensure minimal waiting times and contribute to an excellent customer experience.
Requirements:

Must hold an own visa (mandatory).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Courteous, customer-oriented, and able to handle high call volumes efficiently.

Prior experience in customer service or call center operations preferred.

Able to join immediately.
