ALBA CORP is seeking a dynamic and motivated Call Center Agent to join our Real Estate division. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling outbound calls, engaging with potential clients, and setting up property appointments. This position is ideal for individuals with excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and a goal-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from company databases and lead sources.

• Clearly and professionally present real estate opportunities to prospects.

• Identify client requirements and propose suitable property solutions.

• Schedule appointments for property viewings and coordinate with sales agents.

• Maintain detailed records of all calls, outcomes, and client feedback in the CRM system.

• Achieve daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.

• Provide feedback on call performance and contribute to the optimization of call scripts.

• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and campaign success.

• Participate in training programs to improve call techniques and industry knowledge.

• Stay updated on new real estate projects, promotions, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in outbound calling or telesales, preferably within real estate or a related industry.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong ability to handle objections while maintaining professionalism.

• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

• Familiarity with CRM systems and call logging tools is advantageous.

• Positive attitude, resilience, and high motivation to meet and exceed targets.

Salary Range and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: 3,000 AED + attractive performance-based incentives.

• Additional Benefits: Medical insurance as per UAE labor law, visa sponsorship, and ongoing professional training.

Work Arrangement:

• This is a full-time, on-site position based in Dubai.

• Remote or hybrid work options are not available. Candidates must be able to work from the designated office location.
