Role Overview:
Emirates Properties Group is seeking an experienced Call Center Agent (Facility Management) to handle inbound and outbound calls related to maintenance, emergency, and facility issues. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for tenants, ensuring all queries and incidents are logged, escalated, and resolved in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle high volumes of inbound and outbound calls related to facility management and maintenance issues.

Log all customer interactions, requests, and complaints accurately in the CRM system.

Prioritize and escalate emergency situations (e.g., water leakage, fire, electrical faults) to the relevant departments immediately.

Coordinate with internal teams such as maintenance and engineering to ensure prompt issue resolution.

Provide status updates and follow-ups to customers on open service requests.

Maintain detailed knowledge of company procedures, emergency protocols, and facility operations.

Ensure customer satisfaction by maintaining professionalism and empathy in all interactions.

Adhere to company service standards and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Be flexible with shift timings, including rotational and weekend shifts when required.
Candidate Requirements:

Languages: Bilingual in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Experience: Minimum 2 years in a call center role, preferably within facility management or emergency services.

Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM systems, MS Office, and call center software.

Soft Skills: Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
