Role Overview:
The Ritz-Carlton DIFC is seeking a Call Center Agent to provide exceptional service to guests by handling incoming calls, managing requests, and ensuring prompt communication across departments. The ideal candidate will be guest-focused, professional, and passionate about delivering the brand’s signature service standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Answer, record, and process all guest calls, requests, and inquiries efficiently and courteously.

Operate the hotel’s telephone switchboard and manage wake-up calls, call transfers, and message services.

Monitor unanswered calls and follow up promptly to ensure excellent guest communication.

Handle guest concerns and coordinate with relevant departments to resolve issues promptly.

Maintain guest confidentiality and protect company assets.

Assist guests with internet access and technical support connections when required.

Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction and deliver the highest service quality.

Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company grooming and communication standards.

Uphold The Ritz-Carlton “Gold Standards” in all guest interactions.
Candidate Profile:

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Experience: No prior work experience required (training provided).

Skills:
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Professional phone etiquette and customer service orientation.

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.

Proficiency in English (additional languages are an advantage).

Physical Requirements: Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and handle light lifting (up to 10 lbs).
