Job Title: Café Manager
Job Description:
We are looking for an energetic and experienced Café Manager to take charge of the daily operations of our vibrant café. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a strong background in team leadership, and a drive to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role combines operations, staff supervision, customer relations, and business strategy to ensure the café’s ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of day-to-day café operations, including opening and closing procedures.

Lead, train, and schedule café staff to maintain service excellence.

Ensure high standards of hygiene, food safety, and customer service are consistently met.

Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers for timely procurement of stock.

Address and resolve customer issues with professionalism and care.

Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and enhance customer retention.

Maintain accurate financial records, oversee budget adherence, and manage payroll.

Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and labor regulations.

Launch and oversee marketing campaigns to promote the café and attract footfall.
