Air Arabia is hiring Cabin Crew members through a special Portugal recruitment drive. As a Cabin Crew member, you will act as Air Arabia’s ambassador, ensuring customer safety, comfort, and exceptional service throughout each flight. Job Purpose:

• Represent Air Arabia professionally to achieve customer loyalty and promote a positive corporate image.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure safety throughout the complete flight cycle.

• Maintain fitness, readiness, and professionalism for each assigned flight.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend flight briefings and ensure preparedness for flight duties.

• Conduct safety demonstrations and address any safety or security concerns during flights.

• Provide excellent customer service and attend to passengers’ individual needs and requests.

• Promote and maximize on-board sales and the “Charity Cloud” program.

• Maintain accurate reports and handle pre-flight and post-flight checks.

Safety Responsibilities:

• Administer first aid when required.

• Immediately report any irregularities or malfunctions to the Cabin Supervisor or Captain.

Customer Service Responsibilities:

• Assist passengers during boarding and manage any stress or discomfort.

• Handle cash and credit card transactions securely.

Requirements:

• Age: 20 to 33 years old.

• Height: Minimum 160 cm (Female) / 168 cm (Male).

• Weight: Proportionate to age and height.

• Health: Medically and physically fit; ability to swim with a flotation device.

• Appearance: Clear skin, no visible tattoos while in uniform.

Qualifications:

• Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (Diploma in Travel/Tourism preferred).

• First Aid and Safety Training (preferred).

• Fluent in written and spoken English.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Work Experience:

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

• Previous experience in aviation, customer service, or hospitality industries is a plus.

• Active Cabin Crew license is an advantage.

• Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to busy schedules.

Additional Information:

• Recruitment event will be held in Portugal.

• Must be willing to relocate if hired.
