As a cabin crew member, you will serve as a brand ambassador for flydubai and the city of Dubai, ensuring a world-class travel experience for passengers by prioritizing safety and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a consistently high standard of customer service during flights.

• Ensure passenger safety and compliance with aviation regulations.

• Provide support during emergencies and manage onboard safety procedures.

• Maintain a professional and polished appearance aligned with grooming standards.

• Work flexibly across varied schedules including weekends, holidays, and overnight shifts.

• Adapt to working within a multicultural team environment.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Minimum height: 158 cm

• High school diploma or equivalent (mandatory)

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred)

• Fluent in English (spoken and written); other languages are a plus

• Must have a valid passport and be medically fit for flying

• No visible tattoos when in uniform

• Must be able to swim confidently with a flotation aid/life jacket

• Safety-oriented, proactive, respectful, and adaptable

• Willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE

Compensation & Benefits:

• Monthly Salary Package: Approx. USD 2,252 (basic salary + housing + transportation)

• Variable Flying Pay: Approx. USD 1,200/month (based on 90 flying hours)
