Representing Air Arabia as a brand ambassador, the Cabin Crew ensures passenger safety, comfort, and satisfaction throughout all flight phases. You’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with onboard sales, maintain flight security standards, and contribute to building a positive image of the airline.

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

🧭 Flight Preparation & Conduct:

• Report on time, meet grooming and fitness standards.

• Attend pre-flight briefings to review roles, safety procedures, and flight details.

🛡️ Safety & Security:

• Conduct safety demonstrations and ensure passenger compliance.

• Report safety risks or irregularities to supervisors and flight crew.

• Administer first aid when required.

💬 Customer Service:

• Greet and assist passengers during boarding and throughout the flight.

• Address passenger concerns and special needs.

• Promote and manage onboard sales and charity campaigns.

• Handle payments and onboard inventory responsibly.

✅ Flight Operations:

• Perform cabin equipment checks pre-flight.

• Ensure catering, cleaning, and duty-free setup is completed.

• Participate in post-flight reporting and debriefing.

📋 Requirements:

✅ Basic Criteria:

• Age: 20–33 years

• Minimum Height: 160 cm (female) / 168 cm (male)

• Proportionate weight to height and age

• Clear skin (no visible tattoos while in uniform)

• Physically and medically fit (able to swim with flotation aid)

🎓 Education & Skills:

• High School Diploma or higher; Diploma in Travel/Tourism is a plus

• Training in First Aid and Safety Procedures (advantageous)

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)

• Basic MS Office proficiency

• Fresh graduates welcome

• Experience in customer service, hospitality, or aviation is a plus

• Active cabin crew license preferred

• Comfortable with shifts, long hours, and high-paced environments
