Key Responsibilities

• Ensure safety of passengers and crew in compliance with aviation regulations.

• Deliver consistent, exceptional customer service onboard.

• Handle emergency situations calmly and professionally.

• Represent flydubai with professionalism and courtesy at all times.

• Work collaboratively in a multicultural environment and manage inflight duties efficiently.

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum age: 21 years

• Minimum height: 158 cm

• High school diploma or equivalent (required)

• At least 1 year of experience in customer service (aviation, hospitality, or retail preferred)

• No visible tattoos while in uniform

• Valid passport and medically fit for aero medical clearance

• Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)

• Able to swim with the aid of a flotation device

• Willing to relocate to Dubai and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Salary & Benefits

• Base Salary + Housing + Transport Allowance: AED 8,275 per month

• Average Flying Pay (90 hours): AED 4,500 per month

• Training Bond (First Year): USD 2,650 / approx. AED 9,700

Information Security Responsibility (ISR)

Cabin Crew must adhere to flydubai’s Information Security policies, report incidents or weaknesses to relevant authorities, and complete mandatory ISR training as part of daily operations.
