Al Tayer Insignia, a luxury retail leader in the Middle East, is hiring an experienced Buyer for its Beauty Division in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role focuses on curating strategic product assortments, maintaining vendor relationships, and maximizing profitability across a prestigious beauty portfolio including Dolce & Gabbana, Hermès, and Coty.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze market trends, consumer preferences, and sales data to shape buying strategies.

Plan and purchase the right mix of merchandise in line with brand budgets and customer needs.

Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and ensure compliance with contractual terms.

Monitor and coordinate stock levels with the planning team to meet consumer demand.

Support store promotions and product availability in collaboration with marketing teams.

Recommend products for PR and marketing campaigns based on trend and demand analysis.

Deliver training and trend updates to staff to ensure product knowledge and brand alignment.

Monitor weekly sales performance and adjust buying strategies accordingly.

Prepare analytical reports on product sales and consumer trends to guide stock decisions.

Conduct regular store visits to review brand performance and gather market insights.

Provide leadership, mentorship, and development opportunities for junior team members.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Minimum 5 years of experience in buying, preferably in multi-brand beauty retail.

Strong commercial acumen and a deep understanding of the beauty retail market.

Proven ability to plan, forecast, and manage high-value vendor relationships.

Skilled in trend analysis, product selection, and promotional planning.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
