The St. Regis Downtown Dubai, part of Marriott International, is seeking a Butler to provide high-touch, personalized service to guests. This role is central to the hotel’s luxury experience, involving pre-arrival preparation, check-in, stay assistance, and departure coordination. The Butler will work closely with other departments to ensure all guest needs are anticipated and fulfilled, maintaining the brand’s iconic standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver bespoke services to guests throughout their stay, including pre-arrival and check-out.

• Coordinate efforts with Butler Valets and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.

• Build rapport with guests, proactively anticipate needs, and act on them efficiently.

• Uphold Marriott International’s standards for appearance, communication, and quality service.

• Perform hands-on tasks including moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, or placing objects up to 50 lbs.

• Maintain a safe work environment and follow company policies and procedures.

Requirements / Qualifications:

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

• Minimum 6 months of related work experience in hospitality or guest services.

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to anticipate guest needs.

• Professional appearance, communication skills, and commitment to excellence.

• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks.

• No supervisory experience required; license or certification is optional.
