Responsibilities

• Deliver the iconic St. Regis Butler Service with grace, professionalism, and attention to detail.

• Provide personalized, anticipatory service to all guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.

• Assist guests with check-in, check-out, room orientation, and daily service needs.

• Coordinate guest preferences, requests, and special occasions with relevant departments.

• Handle packing, unpacking, and garment care upon guest request.

• Offer itinerary planning, reservations, and concierge assistance.

• Maintain strong communication with housekeeping, front office, and management for seamless operations.

• Uphold the highest standards of luxury hospitality and guest confidentiality.

• Follow hotel policies, safety standards, and service protocols.
