Job Title: Experienced Butcher 

Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced Butcher / Meat Cutter to join our dynamic supermarket team in Dubai. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering quality cuts, maintains top hygiene standards, and offers excellent customer service. If you have 2–4 years of butchery experience, strong knife skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we’d love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Expertly cut, trim, bone, and prepare various meats including beef, poultry, lamb, and pork based on customer needs and company standards.

• Keep the meat display stocked, clean, and well-presented to attract customers.

• Offer preparation tips and product recommendations to customers with a friendly, service-focused attitude.

• Ensure all meat products are fresh, correctly stored, and rotated according to food safety guidelines.

• Maintain a sanitary and organized work area, adhering strictly to health and safety regulations.

• Accurately weigh, label, and price meat items for sale.

• Follow company and local food safety protocols at all times.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience working as a butcher or meat cutter in a supermarket or meat shop.

• In-depth knowledge of meat cuts, portioning, and safe knife handling techniques.

• Physically fit, with the ability to work in cold environments and lift heavy items.

• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Food Handler Certification preferred (required based on local laws).

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification is a plus.
