Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cut, trim, and present various types of meat (beef, lamb, pork, chicken, duck, rabbit).

• Assist customers in selecting cuts and provide cooking or preparation advice.

• Weigh, label, and price meat products accurately.

• Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.

• Receive and inspect deliveries to ensure freshness and compliance with food safety standards.

• Work confidently with different types of meat throughout the year.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as a butcher (retail or industrial).

• Strong understanding of meat preparation and food safety standards.

• Good spoken English for communication with customers and colleagues.

• Passion for quality, craftsmanship, and customer service.

• Flexible and adaptable to work with all meat types throughout the year.
