Job Summary:

The Business Setup Manager will manage end-to-end company formation processes, liaise with Free Zone and mainland authorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide expert guidance to clients on business structures, licensing, and legal requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the complete company formation process in UAE Free Zones and Mainland jurisdictions

• Liaise with Free Zone authorities (DMCC, DAFZA, IFZA, RAKEZ, etc.) for license issuance, renewal, and compliance

• Coordinate with government departments such as DED, MOHRE, and Immigration for mainland setup

• Advise clients on jurisdiction, legal structure, and license type suited to their business needs

• Prepare and review documents for license applications, visa processing, and bank account setups

• Keep updated with UAE business laws, regulations, and procedures

• Provide timely updates and maintain communication with clients throughout the setup process

• Ensure accurate record-keeping and adherence to regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in UAE business setup services

• Proven experience liaising with Free Zone authorities

• Knowledge of UAE mainland company formation laws and regulatory procedures

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Proficiency in MS Office and business documentation

• Ability to manage multiple client cases efficiently and accurately

Salary & Benefits:

• AED 8,000 – 10,000 per month (based on experience and previous salary)
