Job Title: Business Setup Consultant 

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Setup Consultant to support our clients in navigating the UAE’s business environment. The ideal candidate will assist with company formation, licensing, and corporate advisory services across mainland, free zone, and offshore jurisdictions. This role demands a solid understanding of UAE regulations, government procedures, and business operations, along with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate company formation processes including business licensing, renewals, and amendments for mainland, free zone, and offshore entities.

  • Advise clients on legal structures, regulatory requirements, and the preparation of necessary documentation.

  • Liaise with government bodies such as DED, MOHRE, Immigration, and Free Zone Authorities to process applications efficiently.

  • Conduct market research and feasibility analysis to support client business strategies.

  • Draft, present, and review business plans, proposals, and operational reports.

  • Foster and maintain long-term client relationships through regular follow-ups and tailored advisory services.

  • Assist with the review and basic translation of Arabic documents.

  • Stay updated on local laws and market trends to improve service delivery and compliance.

Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in UAE-based business consultancy, corporate services, or company setup.

  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written) and basic proficiency in Arabic.

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with business software tools.

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
