Job Title: Business Setup Consultant
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and client-focused Business Setup Consultant to guide entrepreneurs and businesses through the complete process of establishing their operations in the UAE. The ideal candidate will offer expert advice on legal structures, licensing, and compliance requirements while managing all administrative tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient setup experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on the appropriate legal structures and licensing options for setting up businesses in UAE Mainland, Free Zones, or Offshore jurisdictions.

Provide end-to-end consultation covering trade licenses, visa processing, compliance, and operational setup.

Prepare, review, and submit all required documentation for company formation, license renewals, and visa applications.

Liaise with UAE government authorities such as DED, Free Zone authorities, Immigration, and the Ministry of Labour for approvals and follow-ups.

Maintain strong relationships with clients, offering continuous support before, during, and after the setup process.

Stay informed on the latest regulatory updates and ensure clients remain compliant with business laws and changes.

Collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Finance, and PRO services to ensure seamless execution of client requirements.

Achieve individual and team KPIs related to client acquisition, conversion, and revenue generation.

Prepare regular reports on client progress and keep detailed records in CRM and project tracking tools.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Business & Legal Acumen

Solid understanding of UAE company formation processes, trade licensing, and legal frameworks

Familiarity with DED, Free Zone regulations, immigration, and labor laws
2. Client Advisory & Communication

Strong consultation skills to assess client needs and deliver tailored solutions

Excellent verbal and written communication, with the ability to simplify complex regulatory information

Multilingual candidates (Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are preferred
3. Sales & Negotiation

Target-driven with a consultative sales approach

Ability to close deals while maintaining high standards of service
4. Problem Solving & Adaptability

Resourceful in handling complex or urgent client issues and regulatory shifts
