Job Title: Business Setup Consultant

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Setup Consultant with 3 to 5 years of experience in Freezone and Mainland business consulting in the UAE. In this role, you will help businesses navigate the complexities of company formation, licensing, and regulatory procedures while providing expert guidance and tailored solutions to meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background and a passion for supporting businesses in their growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Freezone and Mainland sectors.

  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline from lead generation to client conversion.

  • Provide expert consultative advice to clients regarding company formation, licensing, and regulatory procedures.

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding and addressing their business needs.

  • Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic recommendations and ongoing support.

  • Stay informed about market trends, regulatory updates, and competitor offerings.

  • Achieve and surpass sales targets while contributing to the company’s growth.

  • Prepare and present regular sales performance reports, activity logs, and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Location: Must be currently residing in the UAE.

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in Freezone and Mainland business consulting with a proven track record in sales.

  • Deep knowledge of UAE business setup processes, company formation, and licensing procedures.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven ability to build long-term relationships and ensure client retention.

  • Self-starter with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

  • Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills:

  • Business Setup Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of UAE Freezone and Mainland company formation and licensing procedures.

  • Sales Acumen: Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.

  • Client Relationship Management: Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships.

  • Consultative Approach: Ability to offer tailored solutions based on client needs and business challenges.

  • Market Awareness: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor offerings.

  • Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess client requirements and offer strategic insights.

  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.

  • Team Collaboration: Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.
