Role Overview:

We are hiring dynamic Business Setup Advisors to join a leading company formation consultancy in Dubai. This role involves guiding clients through the full process of business registration, licensing, and legal compliance in the UAE. You will play a key role in helping entrepreneurs and investors start their businesses in free zones, mainland, or offshore jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on business setup options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore) tailored to their objectives.

• Assist with legal procedures for company registration, trade licensing, visa processing, and government approvals.

• Prepare and review documentation including license applications, MOAs, and shareholding structures.

• Offer insights on market entry, business feasibility, and competitive positioning.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE business laws and regulatory changes.

• Build lasting client relationships by providing exceptional customer service and follow-up support.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in business setup, consultancy, or startup advisory roles.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related fields.

• Strong understanding of UAE legal and regulatory environment.

• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.

• Fluency in English (Arabic/Hindi/Tamil/Sinhala is a plus).
