About the Role:
Our client, a prominent provider of business support services in the UAE, is seeking skilled and client-focused Business Setup Advisors to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals experienced in company formation, licensing, and value-added services to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Consult with potential clients to understand their business goals and recommend tailored company setup solutions (Free Zone, Mainland, Offshore).

Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation and consultation to closing deals and post-sale support.

Advise clients on legal structures, visa services, banking, renewals, and other related solutions.

Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through proactive engagement and follow-ups.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient onboarding, documentation, and compliance processes.

Stay updated with market trends, UAE regulatory changes, and competitors’ offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
-
2 to 6 years of proven experience in business setup advisory, license sales, or corporate services within the UAE.

Experience with both B2B and B2C sales models; channel sales or partnership experience is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of the UAE’s Free Zone and Mainland company formation landscape.

Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Highly motivated, target-driven, and capable of performing under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
