Job Description:

Our client, a reputable Corporate Service Provider (CSP), is seeking ambitious Business Setup Advisors at junior, mid, and senior levels to join their expanding team. This role is ideal for professionals with CSP industry experience who excel in guiding clients through the complexities of business setup, licensing, and regulatory compliance. You will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring a seamless setup process across UAE and KSA markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on company setup structures, licensing options, and regulatory requirements.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships while delivering exceptional service.

• Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation to deal closure.

• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure accurate and timely business setup completion.

• Stay updated on CSP industry developments, market trends, and compliance changes.

• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements by Level:

Junior Level (1–2 years CSP experience)

• Basic exposure to handling multiple client requirements within CSP services.

• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Mid Level (3+ years CSP experience)

• Proven track record in CSP business setup sales.

• Skilled in managing diverse client portfolios and delivering tailored solutions.

Senior Level (4+ years CSP experience with KSA market expertise)

• Direct experience in KSA business setup required.

• Deep knowledge of Saudi regulations, company structures, and government procedures.

• Ability to guide clients from initial consultation to full market entry in KSA.

Requirements (General):

• CSP industry experience is mandatory.

• Ability to manage multiple clients, services, and business solutions.

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
