Open Zone is hiring a Business Setup Advisor to join its dynamic team in Dubai. This is a hybrid, full-time opportunity ideal for professionals with a minimum of 1–3 years of experience in UAE business setup consultancy. The selected candidate will support clients in establishing companies across mainland, free zones, and offshore jurisdictions, while driving sales and delivering exceptional client experiences.
The position offers a competitive salary in the range of AED 6,000 – 8,000, based on experience and performance.
Important: Applications without relevant UAE business setup experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound leads and inquiries to provide tailored business setup solutions.

Advise clients on jurisdiction selection (mainland, free zone, offshore), legal structures, and license types.

Manage the entire sales lifecycle—from initial contact to deal closure.

Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets.

Maintain strong client relationships, providing support throughout and beyond the setup process.

Keep up-to-date with UAE business regulations and changes in company formation laws.

Communicate fluently in English and Hindi/Urdu (additional languages like Arabic or French are a plus).
Requirements:

1–3+ years of UAE experience as a Business Setup Advisor (mandatory).

Proven sales track record with ability to close deals independently.

Strong understanding of UAE company formation across all jurisdictions.

Excellent interpersonal, client handling, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.
