Business Project Management Manager – Strategic Project (Bangkok-based role)

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Business Project Management Manager to lead strategic projects within the Supply department at Agoda. This is a Bangkok-based role, with relocation support provided. The role focuses on supporting and facilitating project discussions, tracking progress on KPIs and OKRs, and continuously improving project management practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Support Project Discussions & Decision-Making

    • Facilitate discussions and decision-making between the Strategic Project Management team and Supply senior leadership.

    • Organize large-audience meetings across Supply projects, ensuring all input is well-researched, presented, and actionable.

  2. Project Reporting & Tracking

    • Assist senior leadership in tracking and visualizing project progress through KPI and OKR reporting.

    • Prepare slide decks for management meetings, steering committees, and project reviews.

  3. Methodology Research & Improvement

    • Research best practices for project management and develop methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

    • Help standardize reporting systems and documentation, and build templates or tools to increase project management efficiency.

  4. Stakeholder Communication

    • Serve as the go-to person for information about all projects in the Supply department.

    • Support project managers with business cases, project reporting, and preparing steering committee materials.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.

  • 4+ years of experience in project management or business analysis in a technology firm or consulting company.

  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly for creating slide decks and managing tasks.

  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to report clearly to senior stakeholders.

  • Agile self-starter mentality, able to work in a fast-paced and less-structured environment.

Preferred Skills:

  • Analytical skills and experience working with large datasets and BI tools.

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Smartsheets).

  • Knowledge of the hotel or OTA (Online Travel Agency) industry.
