KASH Enterprise Real-estate LLC, under the umbrella of Alshareef Holding, is hiring an experienced Business Operations Manager to lead the launch and operational setup of its UAE real estate brokerage. This strategic leadership position is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge of UAE’s real estate landscape, regulatory frameworks, and operational management. Candidates will play a key role in defining workflows, building teams, and driving organizational growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and workflows.

• Collaborate with senior leadership to define organizational structure and growth plans.

• Recruit, onboard, and manage high-performing teams across departments.

• Oversee all operational aspects including listings, sales, leasing, and customer experience.

• Ensure compliance with RERA, DLD, Trakheesi, and local real estate regulations.

• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to support property visibility and CRM strategy.

• Deliver performance reports and strategic recommendations to management.

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-effective operational strategies.

Skills Required:

• Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building capabilities.

• Analytical mindset with sound decision-making and problem-solving skills.

• Expertise in real estate software tools and CRM platforms.

• Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field (MBA preferred).

• 6–10 years of experience in real estate operations or general management.

• Hands-on experience with UAE real estate processes and legal compliance.

• Prior involvement in setting up new business operations is highly preferred.
