GTECH Information Technology, a results-driven digital agency known for delivering innovative solutions across web, mobile, marketing, and immersive experiences, is hiring a Business Operations Manager to support the Managing Director and leadership team. This is a full-time, on-site position in Dubai, ideal for an operations expert with experience in scaling processes and working directly with senior leadership in fast-paced environments.
As a Business Operations Manager, you’ll function in a Chief of Staff-style role—building systems, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring seamless cross-functional execution. You will play a vital role in optimizing performance, enabling strategic focus for the founder, and driving organizational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Process & System Development:
-
Build and document SOPs across departments.

Optimize internal tools such as Asana, CRMs, and Shared Drives.

Improve delivery and support workflows.
-

Cross-functional Execution:
-
Coordinate across design, tech, sales, and delivery teams.
-
Track project progress and drive alignment.
-
Manage internal check-ins and weekly/monthly team reviews.
-

Founder Enablement:
-
Support the MD by prioritizing inputs and following through on tasks.

Handle internal communications, set KPIs, and run strategic initiatives.
-
Free up 50% of the founder’s operational workload.

Reporting & Insights:
-
Create dashboards for project tracking, KPIs, and sales pipeline.
-
Deliver weekly and monthly executive reports.
-
Drive data-driven alignment across teams.

Success Milestones (Within 6 Months):

SOPs are implemented across all departments.
-
Internal operations run independently from the MD.
-
All key processes are documented, tracked, and optimized.
-
Leadership reports and team communications run smoothly.
Requirements:

5+ years in business operations, PMO, or startup operations.
-
Proven experience supporting founders or senior executives.
-
Strong organizational, communication, and follow-through skills.

Proficiency in tools like Asana, Google Workspace, CRMs, and dashboards.

Bonus: Prior experience in a digital agency or tech startup.
