Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales Performance & Business Insights:

   • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behaviors to provide actionable insights.

   • Track sales metrics like conversion rates, sales cycle length, and closing ratios.

   • Conduct market analysis to identify business opportunities and industry trends.

   • Optimize sales processes by reviewing sales pipelines and stale accounts.

2. Business & Process Optimization:

   • Identify and recommend operational efficiencies and process improvements.

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance the sales process, customer journey, and service offerings.

   • Implement and optimize CRM, Learning Management Systems, and reporting tools.

   • Develop data-driven methods to assess and align business performance with strategic goals.

3. Lead & Sales Data Management:

   • Maintain and manage business and sales databases, ensuring data accuracy.

   • Research new clients through social media, government databases, and industry sources.

   • Verify and update existing client pools and assign clients to Sales Account Managers.

4. Reporting & Data Analysis:

   • Analyze large datasets and generate insights on sales trends, market performance, and operational efficiencies.

   • Prepare and present performance dashboards and strategic reports.

   • Track industry trends and competitor activity to provide benchmarking and strategic recommendations.

5. Sales Team Enablement & Support:

   • Provide data-driven recommendations to improve sales team performance.

   • Identify knowledge or skill gaps and support training initiatives.

   • Ensure the sales team is updated on industry laws, regulations, and best practices.

   • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in Business Analysis, Sales Operations, or Sales Enablement, preferably in e-commerce or classifieds platforms.

• Skills:

  • Strong experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).

  • Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.

  • Experience with pricing strategy, sales processes, and market research methodologies.

  • Ability to create clear, actionable reports and presentations.

  • Strong quantitative analysis, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Knowledge of automotive services or digital marketplace trends is a plus.
