dubizzle, a part of the renowned Bayut & dubizzle network, is hiring a Business & Operations Analyst to drive strategic growth through deep business insights and data-driven decisions. This on-site, full-time role in Dubai is ideal for professionals with experience in sales operations, business analytics, and CRM optimization. The role demands high analytical capability, cross-functional collaboration, and a passion for continuous improvement in sales and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Performance & Business Insights:

  • Analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer behavior to optimize strategy

  • Track key sales metrics and analyze pipeline performance

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to uncover new opportunities

  • Deliver insights to senior leadership to support decision-making

Business & Process Optimization:

  • Identify and recommend operational process improvements

  • Support the enhancement of sales tools including CRMs and dashboards

  • Align business tools and systems with strategic goals

Lead & Sales Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate business and sales databases

  • Conduct client research and allocate leads to account managers

  • Ensure data quality across sales tools

Reporting & Data Analysis:

  • Analyze large data sets to monitor trends and operational efficiencies

  • Create performance dashboards and present actionable insights

  • Benchmark against competitors and track enablement KPIs

Sales Team Enablement & Support:

  • Provide actionable insights to improve sales performance

  • Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives

  • Ensure sales team stays updated on industry trends and regulatory changes

  • Collaborate across departments to drive business success

Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Finance, Economics, or Data Analytics

  • Minimum 3 years in Business Analysis, Sales Ops, or Sales Enablement

  • Prior experience in e-commerce, classifieds, or pricing strategy is essential

  • Strong background in CRM systems like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot

  • Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools

  • Deep knowledge of sales processes and business strategy

  • Industry knowledge in automotive or digital marketplaces is a plus

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
