We are seeking a results-driven Commercial & Contracts Manager to oversee the full contract lifecycle for facade and curtain wall construction projects. This role is key to managing commercial risk, supporting tendering activities, and ensuring successful project delivery from a contractual perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, and performance monitoring
• Support bidding and tendering processes, including commercial evaluation and risk assessment
• Handle contract variations, claims, cost adjustments, and dispute resolution
• Negotiate commercial terms with clients, consultants, and main contractors
• Develop and standardize contract templates and risk control frameworks for international projects
• Ensure compliance with local construction laws, regulations, and company policies
• Identify and mitigate commercial and contractual risks throughout the project lifecycle
• Collaborate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure contract alignment and project success

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Engineering Management, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in contract management or commercial roles within the construction industry
• Experience in overseas or Middle East projects, particularly in facade or curtain wall works, is preferred
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, including FIDIC standards and regional regulations
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and risk management skills
• Strong communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling complex contractual matters
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Understanding of local labor laws and compliance standards
