Role Overview
Tally Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and commercially driven Business Manager to strengthen and expand its partner ecosystem in the UAE. This role focuses on working closely with certified partners to enhance their sales capabilities, drive customer acquisition, and position Tally as the preferred business software solution within the SME segment.
The ideal candidate will have strong partner management experience, a solid understanding of B2B sales dynamics, and the ability to execute lead generation initiatives in collaboration with channel partners.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with certified partners to enhance their sales capability and capacity, positioning Tally as the preferred product.

Ensure a high-quality and consistent customer experience across partner-led engagements.

Drive knowledge transfer and implement organizational programs, initiatives, and policies with partners.

Plan and execute joint lead generation activities, campaigns, and events with partners to acquire new customers.

Establish a structured cadence for periodic business reviews with partners.

Develop a deep understanding of partner business models, customer profiles, and operational processes.

Share regular work updates, performance insights, and action plans with internal and external stakeholders.

Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and go-to-market strategies.

Track market trends and evolving dynamics within the SME and B2B software segment.
Candidate Requirements

Experience in IT hardware distribution, software sales, or partner/channel management.

Proven background in partner management and channel sales.

Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Hands-on experience with proactive lead generation techniques.

Basic accounting knowledge and strong MS Office proficiency.

Good understanding of B2B purchasing behavior and SME business operations.

Ability to understand and implement organizational policies and customer/partner processes effectively.
