Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Specialist to design, implement, and manage BI solutions and automated processes for tower infrastructure and wireless network operations. This role involves creating dashboards, KPI tracking systems, and delivering actionable insights to support project management and business strategy. Fluency in Arabic and local residency in Saudi Arabia (KSA) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze complex business requirements, translating them into technical BI and RPA solutions.

• Design, develop, and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports to track KPIs, network performance, and operational efficiency.

• Utilize SQL, SSRS, and ETL tools to extract, transform, and manage large datasets for reporting purposes.

• Implement and manage RPA workflows to automate repetitive processes such as data collection and report generation.

• Support project management by creating data-driven schedules, resource plans, and performance tracking systems.

• Deliver clear, actionable BI reports and presentations to senior leadership.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BI and RPA solutions with existing systems.

• Continuously monitor and refine dashboards, KPIs, and automated processes to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications / Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in business intelligence or data analytics, with at least 5 years in telecommunications or wireless network operations.

• Expert proficiency in Power BI for dashboard creation and advanced analytics.

• Advanced skills in SQL, SSRS, and ETL tools for managing large datasets.

• Hands-on experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and workflows.

• Strong ability to convert business requirements into technical BI and automation solutions.

• Proven experience in KPI tracking, dashboard development, and delivering actionable insights.

• Strong analytical skills and experience in fast-paced, data-intensive environments.

• Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, writing) is required; local residency in KSA preferred.

• PMP, Power BI, or RPA certification is a plus.
