About the Role
Our client, a leading UAE-based diversified enterprise with over 20 years of success in retail, distribution, investments, and real estate, is seeking an accomplished Business Head – Retail to lead and scale its retail portfolio. This role is ideal for a strategic, commercially driven leader with deep retail management experience and strong financial acumen.

You will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end retail operations, driving profitability, optimizing resources, and leading teams to deliver excellence across all retail brands under the group.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the full P&L for multiple retail brands, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.

• Develop and execute annual business strategies aligned with growth and profitability targets.

• Drive operational efficiency across store management, inventory control, and supply chain functions.

• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and market trends, implementing action plans to boost productivity and revenue.

• Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing teams, establishing a culture of accountability and excellence.

• Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and quality standards across all retail outlets.

• Identify new business opportunities and lead strategic expansion initiatives to enhance market share.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field; MBA preferred.

• Minimum 8 years of retail management experience in the UAE with a proven track record in multi-store operations.

• Strong financial acumen, with expertise in P&L management, budgeting, and ROI optimization.

• Exceptional leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution and operational excellence.

• Open to all nationalities; candidates aged 45 and below preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: Up to AED 35,000 per month (all-inclusive, based on experience)
