Starcom, a leading global media communications agency, is looking for a Business Director – Media to lead growth strategies and drive media strategies for multiple clients across industries. This role involves shaping media strategies, fostering business development, and mentoring teams to ensure alignment with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in media planning or a related role and be well-versed in digital media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement media strategies based on client goals.

Act as a consultant to devise actionable omnichannel plans and media strategies.

Collaborate with various teams to increase cross-selling opportunities and establish partnerships.

Manage multiple client projects and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Lead and mentor teams, ensuring high-quality output and team growth.
-
Monitor and optimize media plans across offline and online channels.
-
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and business strategy development.

Stay ahead of industry trends, new media tools, and emerging technologies.

Lead internal and external marketing of agency work, including awards participation.

Drive ROI for clients and the agency while meeting KPIs and client expectations.
Skills & Experience Required:

Experience: Minimum of 10 years in media planning, with experience managing teams and clients.

Certifications: Digital certifications across platforms such as Meta (FB & IG), Google, TikTok, Twitter, and Snapchat.

Skills: Strong analytical skills, media planning tools proficiency (DV360, Google Ads, etc.), and digital marketing expertise.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, manage client relationships, and mentor junior staff.

Knowledge: Deep understanding of industry developments, including the Metaverse, NFTs, and emerging digital trends.

Languages: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
