The Business Development Specialist (Arabic) will support the Business Development Manager in driving growth strategies, engaging with stakeholders, and executing business initiatives. This role emphasizes corporate strategy, client engagement, and opportunity identification in the real estate sector.

Responsibilities:

• Support business development initiatives, client engagement, and pipeline growth.

• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.

• Assist in developing feasibility studies, proposals, and business plans.

• Prepare presentations, RFP responses, and business reports.

• Coordinate with Marketing and other departments to ensure project alignment.

• Support corporate events, conferences, and client meetings.

• Maintain and manage confidential business documentation.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development role.

• Proven track record in client relationship management and business growth support.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.

• Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
