TMF Group, a global business services provider, is seeking a Business Development Senior Executive to drive new local sales opportunities, expand existing client relationships, and support inbound sales processes within the Fund Administration and Capital Markets sector. This role involves upselling, cross-selling, managing contract renewals, and supporting local office sales teams. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with strong negotiation, relationship-building, and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Analyze existing customer service portfolios to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.

Build and maintain an Expiring Contract map for on-time renewals.

Develop and manage a new business pipeline while expanding relationships with existing clients.

Collaborate with deal teams to optimize customer experience and improve sales conversion rates.

Execute marketing campaigns to generate leads and sales pipeline.

Maintain TMF Sales Processes and Systems, including CRM updates, sales forecasting, proposal building, and deal qualification.

Provide support to local office sales teams and professional sellers with standard proposal generation and delivery.

Assist with inbound sales processes, generating proposals for global senior sellers.

Support local office administrative tasks, such as CRM updates and KYC follow-ups.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a commercial environment, consulting, accounting, or law firm.

Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).

Ability to build strong client relationships at various levels.

Consultative sales approach – ability to understand client needs rather than hard selling.

Self-motivated and results-oriented with the ability to work independently or in a team.

Strong negotiation and influencing skills.

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
