Novisto, a leading SaaS sustainability management platform, is looking for a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join their remote sales team in the UAE. The BDR will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, engaging potential clients, and executing outbound sales strategies. This is a quota-carrying role with a tiered commission structure and reports to the Head of Business Development.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute outbound sales strategies via email, calls, and social media to generate new business leads.

Facilitate and conduct discovery meetings with potential customers.

Set up qualified introductory meetings for the sales team.

Understand customer challenges and articulate Novisto’s value proposition effectively.

Nurture early-stage leads to build a future sales pipeline.

Consistently achieve and exceed monthly quotas for qualified opportunities and pipeline contribution.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, or Marketing (preferred).

Experience in outbound sales or a strong customer service background.

Self-motivated, results-driven, and focused on developing new markets.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with active listening abilities.

Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus).

Experience with CRM tools is an asset.

Prior enterprise software sales experience is a strong advantage.
