Key Responsibilities
🔹 Lead Generation & Sales Engagement

Identify, engage, and qualify leads through high-volume inbound and outbound outreach.

Research and identify key decision-makers within target industries.

Utilize LinkedIn, social media, email, and phone outreach to build strong client relationships.

Qualify leads and pass high-value opportunities to the sales team.
🔹 Sales Strategy & Collaboration

Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce, Hubspot, MS Dynamics) to track and manage sales opportunities.

Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.

Develop and execute strategies to introduce Visa’s products and services to new markets.
🔹 Performance & Growth

Consistently meet and exceed pipeline, target, and KPI goals.

Continuously test and refine sales techniques and engagement strategies.

Stay updated on industry trends and competitive insights to enhance market positioning.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ 1+ years of relevant experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
✅ Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.).
✅ Familiarity with sales and marketing automation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc.).
✅ Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
✅ Strong communication & interpersonal skills for effective client engagement.
✅ Self-motivated, growth-oriented, and highly organized.
✅ Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
