Job Overview
We are seeking two driven and high-energy Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to join our client’s B2B outbound sales team in Dubai. This role is focused on proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting with senior decision-makers across international markets.
The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly articulate in English, and motivated by targets in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Outbound Prospecting

Execute high-volume outbound calls and personalized email campaigns to B2B prospects.

Identify and engage decision-makers across diverse global industries and markets.
Lead Qualification & Pipeline Development

Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.

Assess prospect needs, interest level, and buying potential to generate high-quality opportunities.
Appointment Setting

Schedule qualified meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales executives.

Ensure meetings are well-prepared with accurate prospect insights and context.
CRM & Data Management

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in the CRM system.

Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion progress consistently.
Lead Nurturing & Follow-Up

Conduct timely follow-ups to maintain engagement and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Build long-term relationships to improve conversion and pipeline value.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to meet monthly and quarterly pipeline targets.

Share feedback and insights to improve outreach strategies and messaging.
Requirements

1–2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, Tele-sales, Lead Generation, or BDR roles.

Excellent spoken and written English communication skills (mandatory).

Strong phone presence with the ability to handle objections and gatekeepers confidently.

Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment.

Multilingual candidates preferred.

Prior experience selling into international or global markets is a strong advantage.
Salary & Benefits

AED 5,000 – 7,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.

Full-time position based in Dubai, UAE.
