Business Development Representative


Groupon is seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) in Dubai to help expand partnerships with small businesses. This role involves cold calling, consultative selling, deal structuring, and contract negotiation to drive market growth.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and target small-sized merchants through cold calling.
- Develop an understanding of merchant businesses, demographics, and revenue drivers.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deal structures to meet business objectives.
- Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Work closely with Merchant Development teams for a seamless onboarding process.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and drive market growth.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
- Experience: 2-3 years in sales, inside sales, or business development.
- Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to meet sales quotas and handle objections.
- Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
- High levels of resilience, accountability, and adaptability.
