We are seeking a Business Development & Recruitment Manager for a part-time, remote role. This position is ideal for entrepreneurial professionals looking to build a high-earning freelance career from home with flexible hours, full training, and unlimited commission potential.
Responsibilities:

Identify new business opportunities and reach out to corporate clients across industries.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling.

Collaborate with an internal team to support candidate delivery and recruitment execution.

Set your own work schedule; 3–4 hours per weekday recommended (mornings preferred).

Operate independently under the firm’s established brand while leveraging provided systems, coaching, and support networks.
Qualifications & Skills:

Background in B2B sales, client servicing, account management, telemarketing, or similar.

Experience in real estate, insurance, medical sales, or outbound sales is a plus.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to independently acquire and manage clients.

Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of managing time effectively.
