Business Development Officer – Financial & Investment Services

Job Summary:

Al Wadyat Financing Broker Co. is seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Officer to join our fast-growing team. In this client-facing role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, promoting our innovative financial and investment services, and playing a key role in the company’s growth strategy across the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and generate new leads through tele-sales, networking, and in-person meetings.

• Present financial and investment products to individuals and corporate clients in a professional and persuasive manner.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales strategies and improve conversion rates.

• Conduct market research to stay informed about competitor offerings and emerging trends.

• Prepare and deliver regular reports on business development progress and achievements.

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, or business development—preferably in financial services, investments, or fintech.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

• Strong knowledge of Forex, digital assets, or investment products is a major plus.

• Must be currently based in the UAE and available for immediate joining.
