Braxtone Group is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth within the UAE and Oman insurance sector. This role focuses on identifying business opportunities, acquiring clients, and enhancing the firm’s market presence by offering tailored consultancy services to insurance companies, brokers, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a business development strategy aligned with company goals.

Identify, qualify, and secure new clients in the insurance sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, brokers, and key stakeholders.

Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities for market insights.

Prepare proposals, presentations, and contracts customized to client needs.

Lead negotiations ensuring compliance with company policies and profitability targets.

Work collaboratively with consulting, marketing, and operations teams to deliver seamless services.

Track sales activities and client interactions using CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Insurance.

Professional certification (CII, CPCU) is required.
-
7+ years of experience in business development or sales within the insurance sector.

Strong knowledge of GCC insurance industry, regulations, and market trends.

Fluent in Arabic and English.

Proven ability to generate revenue and close deals with insurance firms and brokers.

Excellent negotiation, presentation, and proposal writing skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
