They provide businesses with compliance frameworks to handle local regulations, resulting in decreased transaction costs and improved transaction outcomes. Tazapay is currently seeking an experienced Business Development Manager for their UAE operations. This full-time, on-site role will focus on developing sales strategies, building relationships with enterprise clients, and driving business growth in the fintech sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet sales targets and expand Tazapay’s customer base.

• Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients.

• Understand clients’ business needs and objectives, tailoring solutions to meet their requirements.

• Present the value proposition of Tazapay’s services through compelling proposals and presentations.

• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability.

• Collaborate with internal teams, including Product Development and Customer Service, to enhance the customer experience.

• Track sales activities, market trends, and competitor activity, providing regular reports.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a sales or business development role in the fintech sector.

• Familiarity with selling regulated products and an understanding of the regulatory environment and compliance requirements.

• Strong enterprise sales background and experience in high-level sales negotiations.

• Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a relevant field.
