Job Overview

Black Pearl is partnering with a fast-growing technology solutions provider in the UAE to hire a Business Development Manager – Technology Solutions based in Dubai. This role focuses on driving new client acquisition, expanding market presence, and achieving consistent revenue growth across the UAE and GCC.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying opportunities, converting prospects into long-term clients, and selling enterprise-grade IT services tailored to customer business needs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and acquire new business opportunities within the UAE and wider GCC markets

  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and market research

  • Present and sell tailored technology solutions including cloud services, cybersecurity, digital transformation, software development, managed services, and automation

  • Prepare and deliver proposals, negotiate commercial terms, and successfully close new business deals

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools

  • Collaborate closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service alignment

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets in line with company objectives


Performance Expectations

  • Consistently achieve revenue targets equivalent to 4–5 times the monthly salary

  • Demonstrate strong pipeline management and deal conversion ratios

  • Contribute to long-term client retention through effective relationship management


Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in business development or B2B sales (technology or IT services sector preferred)

  • Proven ability to sell IT solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity, or digital transformation offerings (advantage)

  • Strong spoken and written English communication skills

  • Confident, self-driven, and results-oriented sales professional

  • Ability to work independently in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

  • Experience developing and managing enterprise or SME client relationships
