RAKEZ is looking for a Business Development Manager (RUSSIAN) to join their team. This full-time, on-site role is responsible for networking, maintaining relationships with strategic partners, and driving business growth in the assigned territories. The ideal candidate will have experience in business development within a multicultural environment, fluency in both Russian and English, and the ability to achieve targets through effective lead generation and client conversion.
Key Responsibilities:

Maintain relationships and communicate regularly with prospective strategic partners to expand the client base

Generate leads through strong networking and ensure conversion to clients

Attend and participate in events/campaigns to enhance the prospect database and recommend improvements

Support the organization of approved events and ensure their professional execution

Collaborate with internal departments to maintain a positive reputation and achieve desired results

Provide professional support in customer service and administrative tasks

Stay updated on industry standards, best practices, and RAKEZ policies
Experience/Education/Skills Required:
-
Bachelor’s degree/Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration or at least 1 year of work experience in a similar role

Minimum 3 years of business development experience in a multicultural environment

Preferred experience in Freezone, FDI, or Consultancy

Fluent in Russian and English (both verbal and written)

Excellent communication and customer care skills

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a multicultural team

Knowledge of CRM systems and advanced MS-Excel/PowerPoint/Access/MS Project

Ability to prioritize, handle pressure, and meet deadlines
