Thomson Reuters is seeking a Business Development Manager for Legal Content Solutions based in Dubai. This full-time hybrid role involves growing revenue and market share for Thomson Reuters’ legal content platforms across the MENA region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales within the legal/regulatory data space, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset for expanding business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as a subject matter expert on legal data solutions to advise clients

Drive sales of legal content platforms to both new and existing clients in MENA

Develop and maintain strategic, growth-centric business plans

Build relationships with C-level executives and department heads
-
Identify new business opportunities and maintain key customer relationships

Provide value-added solutions tailored to client workflows and needs

Maintain sales pipeline and accurate reporting using Salesforce
-
Deliver presentations and consultative sales solutions to clients
-
Collaborate across internal teams to ensure client success
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Experience in client-facing roles, preferably with corporates, law firms, academics, or governments

Sales experience in the legal content, legal tech, or regulatory data sectors
-
Background in legal or related educational field preferred

Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)

Ability to build and manage executive-level relationships

Strong understanding of customer workflows and business models

Excellent presentation, communication, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently with a competitive and collaborative mindset

Existing network across MENA is advantageous
