Burjline Builders is looking for a Business Development Manager to join their LeanTech SG team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role requires a B2B sales expert, preferably experienced in selling to financial institutions. The selected candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building relationships with key decision-makers, and managing large accounts to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities within the financial services sector (banks, insurance companies, etc.).

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive pipeline growth and revenue.

Build and nurture relationships with C-suite executives, L&D teams, and HR influencers.

Manage and expand existing large accounts to maximize client value.

Lead contract negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals in alignment with company objectives.
Preferred Candidate Profile:

4 to 5 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in the financial services sector.

Proven ability to develop and manage a high-value sales pipeline.

Strong relationship-building, account management, and negotiation skills.

Deep understanding of the financial services industry, market challenges, and trends.

Proficiency in CRMs, video conferencing, online documentation, and meeting management.

Ability to travel across the MENA region for client meetings, events, and conferences.

Fluency in Arabic is highly preferred.
