Business Development Manager – Landscaping

Our client, one of Dubai’s most established premium landscaping companies, is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth and expand its client portfolio across real estate, hospitality, commercial, and corporate sectors. This role is ideal for a strategic, relationship-focused sales professional with strong market knowledge and a proven ability to convert opportunities into long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across landscape design, installation, and maintenance services.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, architects, interior designers, engineering and landscape consultants, real estate firms, hospitality groups, facility management companies, and fit-out contractors.

  • Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to assess requirements and propose tailored landscaping solutions.

  • Prepare and present commercial proposals, tenders, quotations, and technical submissions in coordination with estimation and operations teams.

  • Manage and maintain a structured sales pipeline, forecast monthly targets, and ensure consistent follow-up to maximize conversion.

  • Coordinate with design and project delivery teams to ensure smooth project handover and high client satisfaction.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to support strategic growth initiatives.

  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to enhance brand visibility.

  • Support marketing initiatives and contribute to promotional campaigns aimed at business development.

  • Mentor junior sales team members and demonstrate leadership potential for future management responsibilities.

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Proven success in sales and business development within landscaping, construction, interior contracting, or facility management sectors.

  • Strong professional network within the UAE real estate, hospitality, and corporate markets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness with the ability to interpret contracts and develop structured proposals.

  • Proactive, target-driven, and confident in engaging senior stakeholders.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and tender documentation.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic, French, Italian, Hindi, Malayalam, or others are an advantage.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

  • 5–7 years of relevant sales or business development experience in a similar industry is essential.

  • UAE driving license and strong local market knowledge are mandatory.

  • Exposure to other GCC markets is an added advantage.
