Business Development Manager (Freight & Logistics)
NADIA Abu Dhabi , UAE

NADIA is seeking a Business Development Manager (Freight & Logistics) to join their dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving business growth within the freight and logistics sector, focusing on air freight, sea freight, land transportation, and warehousing. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in sales and business development, and the ability to create and maintain client relationships while delivering tailored logistics solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in Freight & Logistics.

  • Generate leads, conduct client meetings, and convert opportunities into contracts.

  • Drive revenue growth in Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing services.

  • Build and nurture strategic relationships with clients, partners, and vendors.

  • Develop and execute business development strategies.

  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities.

  • Work with the operations team to ensure service excellence.

  • Regularly report on sales performance, forecasts, and new business opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Business Development or Sales within the Freight & Logistics industry.

  • Extensive knowledge of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Land Transportation, and Warehousing services.

  • Proven ability to close high-value deals and build a client base.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Valid UAE driving license.

  • Strong understanding of the UAE and GCC logistics market is a plus.
