Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facilities Management sector.

Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, consultants, and decision-makers.

Develop and present customized proposals, bids, and service solutions that align with client requirements.

Lead contract negotiations and ensure win-win outcomes for all parties involved.

Work cross-functionally with operations, finance, and service delivery teams to ensure exceptional project execution.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of proven success in business development within the Facilities Management industry.
